sy NOHeeaLes Voiles de St Tropez regatta is the most important and amazing sailing event in the Med; will start on Saturday 30th September until Sunday 8th October.
The last edition saw more than 300 sailing yachts and 4000 sailors involved.
Les Voiles de St Tropez began the year 1981 with a challenge between “Pride” the Nautor Swan 44 of American Dick Jason and “Ikra” the twelve meters skippered by Jean Lorraine, that won the race from the port of St Tropez to “club 55” in Pampelonne Bay.
From this historical regatta was born the unique event that sees to compete, together, ordinary racing boats with prestigious maxi yachts and sophisticated classic yachts.
In the evenings, after the daily regatta time, the yacht returns to the colorful fishing port of St Tropez and sailors and yacht owners paint the little characteristic town red.
One of truly great, glamour and “must see” events of the Riviera.
